Dev Deepawali (also known as “Diwali of the Gods”) is a famous Utsav celebrated every year at the holy city of Varanasi, India. It is celebrated to mark the victory of Lord Shiva over the demon Tripurasut on Kartik Poornima, fifteen days after Diwali.
